Review: Late delivery, took 1.5 months to receive mattress. Mattress is not good for me and gives backpain. I want to use my old mattress and return it sealed, but as I missed the 14 day return not possible.So, as a business they are fine if they deliver late, but unhappy to help when customers take a few days longer.

Review: I visited Dreams at Staples Corner late on Friday evening, an hour before closing time, and sales assistant Abdul greeted me immediately as I needed help with buying a mattress. He was so courteous and helpful showing me four different products and explaining patiently the various differences and advantages until I made my choice. Placing my order was quick and straightforward. The whole experience was excellent and I left the store highly satisfied.
